1. Legal identity

Pachinko Night Lounge is operated by Harrington Leisure Pty Ltd (ABN 47 092 815 663, ACN 618 903 274), registered in South Australia. The venue operates at SkyCity Adelaide, 125 North Terrace, Adelaide SA 5000 under SA Liquor Licence 57302814.

All bookings, memberships and purchases on this site are contracts with Harrington Leisure Pty Ltd.

2. Venue rules and licensing

As a licensed premises we are required to refuse entry to persons under 18 and to support responsible service of alcohol and responsible play. Machine play at the lounge is entertainment-based: collected balls exchange for prizes, never for cash, consistent with traditional pachinko parlour practice.

• Guests must be 18 or older at all times.
• Photo ID may be required at entry and at the prize counter.
• House rules on conduct, intoxication and machine care apply on premises.

3. GDPR rights for EU/UK visitors

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you these rights over personal data we hold:

• Access — a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Rectification — correction of inaccurate data.
• Erasure — deletion where we have no legal reason to keep it.
• Restriction and portability — limits on processing or a machine-readable copy.
• Objection — opt out of processing based on legitimate interests.

4. Lawful bases we rely on

For GDPR purposes we process data on these bases: performance of a contract (bookings, memberships), legitimate interest (responding to enquiries, operating the venue safely), legal obligation (licensing and tax records), and consent (newsletter, cookies where required).

5. International transfers

Our systems and processors are primarily Australian-based. Where a provider stores data overseas, we use providers offering contractual safeguards consistent with Australian and GDPR requirements.
