No hidden fees
Quoted prices are final. Card rates include GST, host time and prize counter access. The only extras are food, drinks and prize shipping.
Deposits & refunds
Private bookings take a 20% deposit, refundable up to seven days before your event. Full terms on the refund page.
Member maths
At $29/month, membership pays for itself if you buy two or more Night Player cards a month. Vault hours are the real prize.

Asked at the counter
No. Entry to the lounge and bar is free. You only pay for ball cards, food, drinks and booked services like lounges or events.
Yes. Keep your card and receipt and the balance banks to your next visit. Members' balances store automatically and never expire.
Packages are priced per booking, not per head, so splitting is up to you. We can itemise a single bill or take separate payments at the counter.
Card and bar prices stay the same every night. Special events like the Vintage Open Night carry a cover charge listed on the events page ahead of time.
I expected gimmick pricing. Got an honest menu: forty-nine bucks for a proper night out, highball included.

If the night misses, we make it right
Machine faults, double bookings or a host who cannot deliver: we comp the session or refund the difference on the spot. It has happened three times in three years.
